Unpaper (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates software applications and integrations designed to help churches, charities, and organizations manage accounting and reporting data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when users connect their accounts to our application.

When a user connects their QuickBooks Online account, our application may access certain accounting data through the QuickBooks API, including but not limited to:


  • Company information
  • Chart of accounts
  • Customers or donors
  • Invoices and sales receipts
  • Payments and deposits
  • Transaction data required for reporting and analytics


We only request access to the minimum data required to provide reporting, analytics, or synchronization services.



3. How We Use Information


The data accessed from QuickBooks may be used to:


  • Generate financial reports and dashboards
  • Synchronize data with reporting tools
  • Support bookkeeping and accounting services
  • Maintain internal analytics systems


We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.



4. Data Storage and Security

6. Disconnecting the Application


Users may disconnect the application from their QuickBooks Online account at any time through their QuickBooks settings. Once disconnected, the application will no longer have access to the user’s QuickBooks data.

Our application integrates with services including QuickBooks Online provided by Intuit Inc. Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement


This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of software and integrations provided by Unpaper (“the Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.



2. License Grant


Unpaper grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for internal business purposes related to accounting, reporting, and data synchronization.



3. Integration with QuickBooks


The Application may integrate with QuickBooks Online through APIs provided by Intuit Inc. Users authorize the Application to access selected QuickBooks data in order to provide reporting, analytics, or synchronization services.


Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s terms and policies.



4. User Responsibilities


Users agree to:


  • Provide accurate authorization when connecting accounts
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Use the Application only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations



5. Data Access and Use


The Application may access financial and accounting data necessary to operate its reporting or synchronization features. Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy published by Unpaper.



6. No Warranty


The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Unpaper does not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption or error.



7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unpaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.



8. Termination


Unpaper may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if the user violates this Agreement or uses the Application in a way that could harm the service or other users.



9. Changes to This Agreement


We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
